BE RADICALBusiness Planning Worksheet
Module 2 · Your Business by Design

Stop hoping.
Start planning.

Take an honest look at where you are, decide what you want to create, and let the numbers show you the actions required to get there.

Section 01

Year in Review

Assess yourself—don’t judge yourself. Awareness gives you the information required to lead the next year differently.

Section 02

Production Planning

Set the destination, define your business mix, and work backward from the result. Conversion rates show how many opportunities are normally required to create one completed transaction.

How the conversion math works

  1. Your income goal and average commission determine the number of closings required.
  2. Your listing/buyer mix divides those closings into two pipelines.
  3. Each conversion rate works backward to estimate the appointments, consultations, and qualified conversations you need.
  4. These are planning targets—not judgments. Replace the starting percentages with your own historical rates when you have them.

In this planner, a “lead” means a purposeful, two-way conversation with a person who may need real estate help—not a social-media view or a name sitting in a database.

If you don’t know your numbers, you are not running a business. You are hoping. Hoping is not a business strategy.
Section 03

Choose Your Lead Engines

Aim for approximately 80% active lead-generation activity and 20% passive activity. Choose only the sources you will consistently support.

Active activities

Passive or paid support

Section 04

Your Weekly Rhythm

Block personal and family priorities first, then pre-set client appointments, lead generation, business review, and skill practice.

Section 05

Marketing Plan

Decide your budget and message before the money arrives. Choose activities that reinforce who you are, whom you serve, and how people will know.

Section 06

Assign every dollar a job. Adjust the percentages to fit your professional advice and business reality; the total should equal 100%.
